Product Delivery Information

What are the delivery charges?

We provide Free Delivery for all items if your shipping address is in Delhi and NCR. Otherwise courier is charged towards shipping charges.

What is the estimated delivery time?

If the item is in stock, it will be delivered in 5-7 days from the order date. While most items are delivered in 5-7 days, there are a few items that may be delivered in 7-10 days.

How will the delivery be done?

We send all packages via reputed couriers such as Dotzot, Delhivery, Bluedart, Fedex, Firstflight, Aramax etc.

How do I track my shipment?

We use only reputed couriers. We notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s). This shipping confirmation email will have the couriers’ tracking number and the link for tracking.

What pin codes do you ship to?

We ship products all over India. We’ve Cash On Delivery and Free Shipping option available in Delhi and NCR as of now.
