Returns
For damaged products, we offer refunds within 6 hours of delivery. To initiate a refund, please email us at info@aquafreshropurifier.com with clear evidence of the damage and your Order ID. Unfortunately, returns are not possible in any other cases. We appreciate your prompt cooperation in resolving the issue.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email customer service at info@aquafreshropurifier.com, providing a clear video illustrating the product’s defects along with your Order ID. Your order will be scheduled for pickup within 4 working days. Once we receive the product, our team will strive to send you a replacement within 3 working days.
Refunds
Refunds are only available for damaged products reported within 6 hours of delivery. Regrettably, we cannot process refunds once orders are shipped. For defective items, please contact us at info@aquafreshropurifier.com with a clear video of the defects and your Order ID. We will schedule a pickup within 4 working days and aim to dispatch a replacement within 3 working days of receiving the defective product. If a replacement product is unavailable, we will refund the amount within 7 days. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in resolving any issues promptly.
